Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions from users regarding SCIT PRO’s\u00a0\u00a0installation
\nand operation.<\/p>\n

“After I\u00a0run SCIT PRO for the first time I keep seeing an alert saying “Invalid License Key or Exceeded Max allowable Licenses”.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

This message is generally due to the fact that a users’ license information has
\nyet to be entered into our servers. \u00a0It can take up to a day or two to get this
\ninformation into our systems; However, we can accomplish this very quickly.
\nWe recommend waiting up to a day before contacting us with this issue.<\/p>\n

“I am running SCIT PRO and see cells in the table but they are not showing in GRLevel3”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0 Make sure you are running SCIT PRO with Administrator rights. This
\nwill allow SCIT PRO to write out files correctly.<\/p>\n

(2) Confirm that the cells in the table have a green check mark by them . This
\nmeans that those cells have passed the Filter criteria and will be\u00a0updated
\nin the resultant place file.<\/p>\n

(3) Ensure that you have entered SCIT_PF.txt in the Place File manager list in GRLevelX.<\/p>\n

“Many of the cells in the table are all colored purple”.”<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

This is due to the fact that the cells.txt file is not present in the SCIT directory or all the
\nvalues in the file are zeros. By going into the CELL ATTRIBUTES menu you can set the
\nvalues to what you need and SCIT will save them off to the correct severity colors<\/p>\n

Remote Access Support<\/h2>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Our support Staff frequently uses Google Chrome Remote Access
\nto\u00a0 assist users in getting their SCIT PRO system setup correctly
\nand allows us to successfully debug any issues that users may
\nhave. It is a remote control\/access program that allows us to
\nassist users in getting SCIT PRO operating in a very short
\ntime frame. It is completely secure and any access is controlled
\nvia the user.<\/p>\n
