This update addresses the following fixes and enhancements:
1) Eliminated using FTP calls when downloading data from NWS servers.
2) Time now showing correctly on MESO Trend chart.
3) Removed superfluous debug messages from log output.
4) Improved timing logic when downloading latest SCIT data from servers.
5) Updated the VCP modes for various radar modes to improve timing.
