EXPERIMENTAL FIX (9/6/2026)

This is an experimental build that updates SCIT PRO to .NET Framework 4.8 which is native to Win 11.
We recommend that you save off your previous installation files so you can restore your previous versions if this build does not work for you. This is primarilay for Win 11 users.
